1/4 cup Philadelphia Cook Cream - Tomato Basil1 onion1 bell pepper1 cup fresh mushrooms1/2 cup skim milk Saute the veggies first. Then add the tomato basil cooking cream and milk.Cook the spaghetti squash and put half of the sauce on each serving. Serves 2 people. **I use Lactose Free Milk

I start cooking my spaghetti squash in the microwave and the start the vegetables.
