Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 tbs olive oil1 small onion, diced1 15 oz can vegetarian refried bean2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes with chilies1 15 oz can black beans1 15 oz can kidney beans1 packet taco seasoning1 cup ff chicken broth
Directions
Saute onion for a couple minutes then add the rest of ingredients. Cook on low heat for 1 hour.

    I make this all the time, it is great everyone loves it, I only use 1/4-1/2 of the taco seasoning packet and I use the low sodium when I can find it - 8/31/07
