Ingredients
Zucchini, 1000 grams = 1 kgMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup Garlic, 1.5 tsp gratedCream Cheese, 2 tbsp Feta Cheese ( light feta), 60 gram= 2 big tbspsRomano Cheese, 100 grams (grated)(3 slices) Bordens Fat Free Cheese (Swiss, American, Cheddar), 63 gram(s) 1 breast skinned, cooked (roasted) & choppedoil to sautee zucchini
Directions
1- sautee zoodles then set aside
2- roast breast then chop & set aside
3- mix milk + garlic + cheeses & add everything in.
4- serve
