Turkey & Rice Soup

Ingredients
8c Fit & Active Reduced Sodium chicken broth3c. Water1c. diced celery1 lg onion diced1 can drained Happy Harvest sliced carrots1c. diced button mushrooms3c. diced roasted turkey breast from Roasted Turkey Austin method2 1/2c Fit & Active Instant Brown Rice1tsp Rosemary1 tsp Sage1tsp Parsley
Directions
In a large pot combine broth and water. Dice your veggies and left over roasted turkey, add to pot. Measure out your rice and spices, add to pot. Stir thoroughly. Cook over med heat until rice is tender and meat is heated through, or until spouse comes in asking when dinner is ready..
