Chocolate Muffin Delights (Vegan and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

1 cup Natural Peanut Butter 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup2 very ripe bananas1/4 Cup Raw Cocoa Powder 1 to 2 Tbsp Vegan Chocolate Chips to sprinkle on top of muffins before baking
Heat oven to 350 degrees
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
Seperate into lined muffin tin (makes 9 to 10 muffins worth in regular pan)
Bake 15 minutes
Remove from oven, let cool completely and then devour
For leftovers, store tightly covered in fridge for up to 1 week.
Serving Size: makes 9 small muffins
