Ingredients
1 pkg. lil Smokies2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (low fat)2c. Whole Wheat Flour1 tbsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Sea Salt6 tbsp. Unsalted Real Butter (melted)2/3 c. 1% Milk
Directions
Mix Flour, Baking Powder. salt, butter, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead dough for about 5 minutes. Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 2 1/2"x3" sheets. Place Lil Smokie and a tbsp. of cheese on a sheet and seal by folding the dough over the meat and cheese and using a fork to seal the edges. Bake at 450 Degrees for 10 -12 minutes or until golden brown.
