1 can chickpeas drain and rinsed1 cup cucumber peeled and chopped1 clove garlic chopped finely.25 cup crumbled feta5-6 cherry tomatoes quarteredstir above ingredients to mix in bowlStir together 1 tblsp olive oil and 2 tblsps fresh lemon juice.Pour olive oil and lemon juice over chickpea salad and toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
