Krab Won Tons

1 package Azumaya Round Wraps1/2 cup imitation crab1/3 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped green onion1.5 large boiled eggs chopped2 tsp soy sauce1 tsp minced garlicground ginger to tastecooking spray
Serving Size: 10 Won-tons Makes 6 servings
Mix together crab, celery, green onions, eggs, soy sauce, minced garlic and ginger in a medium sized bowl.
On wax paper, layout won ton wrappers. Put approximately 1 rounded teaspoon in center of each wrapper. Moisten outside edge with water, fold and press (with rounded press or fork).
On Griddle or in Frying pan, spray with cooking spray, lay won-ton on surface, then spray top of won-ton with cooking spray.
Turn when golden brown underneath.
Remove when both sides are golden brown.
Lay completed won-tons on layers of paper towels to soak up excess cooking spray.
Serve with hot mustard and/or sweet and sour sauce and enjoy.
