Ingredients
2 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tsp. chili powder4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1lb)
Directions
Mix cheese and chili powder in pie plate. Add chicken' turn to evenly coat all sides. Place chicken on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    This sounds great... but I think the calories are way too high... double check your recipe (ingredients). 1 lb of chicken (4 servings) would be 4 oz each... that is only about 150 calories per serving of chicken... the cheese & chili powder don't add up to over 100 cals/serving.
