Monas Eggrolls

Ingredients
6oz.raw pork ground without fat1 c celery shredded½ c onion shredded1-½ c cabbage shredded½ c mushrooms chopped1 c bean sprouts1 c bamboo shoots shredded1 c water chestnuts1 c carrots shredded4 T olive oil2 T sesame oil2 T Oyster sauce2 T Soy Sauce20 eggroll wrapper
Directions
brown ground pork in 2 T olive oil set aside. add 2 T olive oil to pan add all vegetables add pork stir add 2T oyster sauce and 2 T soy 2 T sesame oil cook to crisp tender. cool. Divide between 20 eggroll wrappers roll. Bake or deep fry.
