1 pound 93% lean ground turkey breast1- 10.75 oz can tomato puree1- 15.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes1-2 tbls chili powder1-2 tbls ground cumin2 tbls chopped garlic1/2-1 tbls celery seed1/2 large red pepper large dice1/2 large orange pepper large dice1/2 large yellow pepper large dice1 cup diced onion1 cup diced celery2 can of water from puree can1 15.5 oz can chili black beans (cycle 2-4)Salt and pepper to taste
Brown and drain turkey
Add veggies, garlic and saute 5 minutes
Add spices and cook 2 minutes
Add tomatoes, puree and two cans of water
Add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer 1-1.5 hours on low
Add black beans in the last half hour (OMIT FOR CYCLE 1
Serving Size: 6 - 8 large bowls
