canned chicken 9 ouncestomatillos 2 cups choppedgreen chilies chopped 10 tbsp.chicken broth low sodium/low fat 8 cupscornstarch 1 tbsp.cream cheese, fat-free, 8 tbsp.evaporated milk, fat-free 6 tbsps
use food processor and puree tomatillos and green chillies , put in pot with chicken broth and let cook 30 minutes then add all ingredients except milk and cornstarch. In small cup add milk and cornstarch then stir well. Pour into pot then cook until cheese has melted and thickened.
