*ilapia filet, 16 oz Sherry, dry, 3 TbspSesame Oil, 2 1tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix sherry, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and scallions in bowl.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place tilapia fillets in baking dish. Pour sauce over fish.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
