Green Chili Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 lean chicken breasts, diced4 oven roasted potatoes, diced (from leftovers)1 large onion, diced3 cups mild green chili, diced8 cups chicken broth5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled3 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp salt3 tbsp cumin powder1 tsp black pepperenough water to fill stock pot
Directions
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken, spices, and onion, until done. Pour into large stock pot. Add ALL other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 1 hour. Wonderful on a cold winter evening!
