Old Fashioned Green Chili

Ingredients
2-3 pounds lean pork roast, cubed1-2 large cloves garlicpepper3 Tbsp flour 8 large tomatoes or 1-2 cans (I use diced)8 cups broth20 fresh roasted diced green chilies (or up to 3 cups frozen roasted chilies)1 large onion
Directions
Brown pork with garlic and pepper. Add flour and brown well.
In crock pot mix pork, garlic, tomatoes, water or broth, green chilies and onion. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Add additional water or flour to thin or thicken to taste.

Makes about 5 qts.
