Apple Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.CupWheat bran, crude, 1/4 CWheat germ, crude, 1/4 CBaking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .1/2 tspCinnamon, 1/4 tspNutmeg, 1/4 tspMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, 4 ozBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Apples, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix wet ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Heat skillet to medium heat. When water droplet starts to dance on pan, the skillet is ready. Cook using approx 1/4 cup per pancake. Turn when egdes begin to look dry and pancake begins to form bubbles and steam escapes. (Note because of the chunky fruits, the entire pancake will not develop bubbles.)
