Spinach Frittata

Ingredients
Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen or fresh 8 oz Frozen chopped Seasoning Vegetables - 1/4 cupMushrooms, chopped canned or fresh, 1 cupButter 2 TbsEggs - 5salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Microwave spinach for 2 minutes to thaw. Saute vegetables in butter. Add whipped eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook until eggs are set.
