Rice pudding with fruit

Ingredients
1 cup organic brown rice3 cups almond milk (substitute coconut water, cream divided)2 each: apple, pear, choppedPC Burbon Vanilla paste (1/4 tsp or to taste)pinch of sea saltchia and hemp seeds as a topping
Directions
bring rice, chopped fruit, liquids and salt to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally.

After 60 minutes, add vanilla paste and cook 2 minutes more. Fold in coconut cream.

Top serving with chia seeds, hemp hearts and a bit more almond milk. Delicious for 3pm cravings!
