3 bean and ham veggie soup

Ingredients
1 Ham Steak1 cup Great Northern Beans1 cup Black Beans1 cup Pinto Beans1 yellow onion diced2 cups of diced carrots2 cups of diced celery1/4 cup minced garlic2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Sautee garlic and onion until soft. Add diced Ham Steak and brown. Add 1 quart of water and all beans. Cook for 1 1/2 hour on medium-high, adding water if needed. Add 1/2 quart water and cook for an additional hour. Finally, add seasonings and all vegetables and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
