Lemon Butter sauce

Ingredients
Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter, 4 tbspHeavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbspShallots, 20 gramsLemon juice, 1 tbspCilantro (to taste)Salt, Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Cut the shallots very small, mix shallot with butter and melt the shallot butter, add the heavy cream and the lemon juice. Mix well. Add minced cilantro and Salt and pepper if desired.
