Slim Seafood Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz. pkg. cooked shrimp with no tail12 oz. pkg. Imitation Crab, flake style 2 can Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup1 small can Green Enchilada Sauce1 med onion chopped 20-6" Mission X-tra Thin Yello Corn Tortillas20 slices Sargento Reduced Fat 2% Medium Cheddar Slices
Directions
Heat oven to 350 and spray a large round baking pan. Cut up shrimp and flake imitation crab into small pieces, Chop onion and saute in a large skillet. Add shrimp, imitation crab, both cans of soup and the green enchilada sauce and heat until it's warmed through. Put a little bit of the sauce in the bottom of the pan. (helps keep tortillas on the bottom softer) Layer 5 tortillas on the bottom, they will overlap. Layer 1/4 of the seafood and sauce mix, then layer 5 slices of the cheddar cheese. Repeat layers 3 more times. Put in the oven for 45 minutes until it's hot and bubbly. Serve with a dollop of lite sour cream and chopped green onion if you want to dress it up a bit.
