Mix Together:1 Can of Albacore Tuna in Water2 TBSP of Wasabi Mayonaise Trader Joes1TSP of Crushed Garlic1/4 of chopped celery1/4 of chopped onionsThen Put it on and Top with:100% Whole Wheat Pita.25 of low fat shredded cheeseSpinach leavesGreat Lunch, Very healthy!
Directions
This is enough to 1/2 fill two Pita's. I cut my Pita in half and then fill each 1/2. This is 2 servings so that is enough for each person to have 1 WHOLE pita. Top with cheese and Spinach.
