No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup dry old fashioned oats1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup mini chocolate chips1/3 cup honey2 tbsp chia seeds1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and chill in refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll balls into preferred size. Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
