1 can Progresso Light Chicken Noodle Soup3 stalks celery, diced3/4 c Cole Slaw1/3 c wild rice, cooked1tbsp corn starch*can add optional powder, no sodium seasonings, such as garlic, ginger, pepper, 5 spice, curry
Start dry saute of celery, seasonings, and wild rice on medium heat, add soup and cole slaw then sprinke the corn starch on top and stir in. Stir periodically till it comes to a simmer and let simmer for 2 minutes and its done.
