Made this with canned chicken, left out eggs. Tastes delicious and a wonderful way to use avocadoes now that they are in season! - 8/6/09

Satisfying tuna salad. The avocado adds a creaminess and richness to the salad that curbs the desire for not so good fats. Love the crunch the water crestnuts added to the dish. I normally don't like water crestnuts and I ate them right up! I ended up using 14 oz of tuna. - 4/25/08
