Scallop casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs sea scallops1 stick of butter1/2 c minced oniongarlic to taste1 sleeve of ritz crackers1/4 cup of bread crumbs
Directions
Melt butter and cook onion until tender - add minced garlic (if desired) when done
crush crackers in a bowl
pour melted butter and onions over crackers and mix well
Later scallops and crumbs in baking dish
Sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake at 350 degress for about an hour

Serving Size: Makes about 5 servings
