Asian Cod

Ingredients
Mix OJ, oil, mustard, honey, vinegar, ginger and soy sauce in a glass or plastic bowel. Add Fish and half of the marinade and let sit for at least 45 minutes.Lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Add fillets, then green onions and tomato around the fillets in the pan. Cook for 1 minute.Gently turn the fish over and add the rest of the marinade. Cover with lid and turn heat to low. Cook for 2 to 4 miniutes.
