Dark Chocolate Pistachio Cake Lightened

200g whole wheat flour150g golden caster sugar (azucar glas)1 banana2 eggs1 dash salt1700g low fat greek yogurt (queso fresco batido)3/5 cup unsweetened cocoa, 72g1/2 tsp vanilla extract140g pistachios
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment. Whizz 140g of the pistachios, 24g of cocoa and about half the sugar in a food processor until very finely chopped. Tip into a bowl with remaining sugar, mashed banana, eggs, flour and 20g of greek yogurt, plus a pinch of salt, and beat. Scrape into the tin and bake for 35-45 mins until a skewer poked in comes out clean. Cool.
Stir the remaining cocoa in the cream and spread icing over the top.
