My protein pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c. dry oatmeal1/4 cup hot water1 egg1/2 scoop of whey protein powder1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 tsp. low sugar, triple berry jam (optional)
Directions
put oatmeal into hot water a let sit while you stir egg with the protein powder. ADD the cinnamon and vanilla to the oatmeal and then add the egg mixture. Spray pan and cook 2 pancakes.
