Broccoli Beef

*Beef - Skirt Steak, Lean, 40 oz Ginger Root, 6 tsp Shallots, 8 tbsp chopped *Soy Sauce, .25 cup Broccoli, cooked, 3 cup, chopped
Broccoli and Beef
2 1/2 lbs carne asada or skirt steak
2 tbsp grated ginger ( grated )
1/2 cup shallots or green onions ( sliced small )
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cups broccoli
Slice the steak against the grain.
Fry till browned on all sides.
Remove from Pan and add ginger, green onions and soy sauce to the pan and simmer in sauce from meat.
Add meat back into the pan.
Steam broccoli cut into small pieces till crisp and add to the meat.
