Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
4oz Tilapia filets (4)1/4 cup Floursalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup Egg Beaters1/4 cup Cornmeal1/4 cup Breadcrumbs1/2 teaspoon oregano (if desired).
Directions
Mix together cornmeal and bread crumbs and set aside. If using unseasoned breadcrumgs, add 1/2 tsp. oregano

Dredge filets in flour(w/salt and pepper added to taste) first.

Then dredge through egg beaters.

Then dredge through cornmeal/breadcrumb mixture.

Bake in greased baking dish at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
