Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup *Ghee, 6 tsp Milk, 2%, 1cupAlmonds, 8 almond Cardamom 5 pods-crushedCarrots, 1 lb grated
Directions
Cook grated carrots in milk until very soft. Add suger and cook until water is evaporated. Add ghee and stir until ghee is melted and halwa looks glossy. Sprinkle crushed cardamom and slivered almonds and enjoy.
