Gyudon Beef

Ingredients
Better than boullion beef flavored base 3 tsp Water, 1 1/3 cupSoy Sauce, 3 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 3 tbsp Sugar, 1/8 cup med yellow onionBeef Bottom Round Steak, 16 oz
Directions
mix water, bullion, soy sauce and wine in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and add sugar. slice in onion (thin slices). Simmer 5 min.
Slice beef into thin strips. Drop into boiling liquid and cover for two minutes. Remove from heat and Serve over rice or noodles.
