1 cup Qunioa1 TBLS olive oil1 pound mushroom, thinly sliced5 garlic cloves, crushed1/2 tsp dired thyme1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper2 TBLS grated parmesan

In a large saucepan, add 2 cups water and qunioa and cook according to instuctions. Set aside.
