Healthy No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter3/4 cup honey1/2 cup coconut oil2 teaspoons vanilla extract2 1/4 cups quick oats6 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
Combine the first three ingredients in a sauce pan and warm gently on stove top.
Add the vanilla, oatmeal, and cocoa, and stir well.
Drop by the spoonful onto a wax paper lined plate and let cool.
