Ingredients
1 Extra Large Organic Free Range Egg1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, Organic1 Tbsp raw lemon juice, Organic1 tsp sea salt1 tsp cayenne pepper1 Cup Olive Oil, Organic Extra Virgin
Directions
Crack the egg into a blender. Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, sea salt, and cayenne pepper. Add the olive oil. Blend, and stop to stir in the dry ingredients from the side of the blender glass. Blend for a few seconds, until creamy. It will firm up in the refrigerator some more. Keeps in the refrigerator for 4 days in an air tight container.
