Baked Jalepeno Poppers

Ingredients
7 jalepeno peppers3 oz. low fat cream cheese1/3 cup cheddar cheese1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
Directions
Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and membranes
Microwave 2,3 minutes to soften
Fill each half with softened cream cheese, top with cheddar
Place in baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs over top
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
