Turkey Artichoke Panini

Ingredients
Ciabatta, bakery style, 16 ozArtichoke hearts, quartered, in water, 12 ozMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 ozHellmann's , Real Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, 4 servingLemon pepper, 1/2 tspBoar's Head Smoked Turkey Breast, 12 ozSalad Dressing, Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Prepared, 2 tbspGouda Cheese, 6 ozCucumber (with peel), .3 cucumber (8-1/4")
Directions
Slice bread lengthwise. Mix artichokes (chopped), mozzarella, mayonnaise and lemon pepper in a bowl. Spread on one side of ciabatta. Top with turkey slices and gouda. Sprinkle Good Seasons dressing over other side of bread and close the sandwich. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with cucumber slices, spinach leaves and/or lettuce.
