Jimmy's Rice PIlaf

Ingredients
1/2 cup salted butter1 onion3 cubes bouillon1 pkg frozen spinach1.5 cups white rice
Directions
Melt butter, add onion and saute til soft. Add remaining ingredients except rice, bring to a boil. Add rice, cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Squeeze spinach between paper towels til there is no liquid left before adding.
