Oven Fried Cod

Ingredients
1/2 lb. wild caught Pacific cod1 cup panko bread crumbs3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted3 tbsp chili powder1 tsp Chef Paul Prudhommes Magic Salt Free Seasoning
Directions
Cut filet into 2 or more pieces. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings together in pie plate. Dip fish in melted butter and then coat with bread mixture. Lay breaded fish on a sprayed baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes until crumbs are browned and fish is baked through.
