Ingredients
1 Head of Romaine Hearts1 Tbsp Olive Oil4 Tbsp Lite Caesar Dressing2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Directions
If using a grill pan (typically designed for veggies) you can cut the romaine in half, lengthwise. Otherwise just leave whole. Rub the outer exposed leaves with olive oil to prevent scorching. Place on hot grill for about 3 minutes per side, until nice grill marks are achieved. Serve immediately, topped with dressing and cheese.
2 servings, about 1.5 cups each.

I make this all the time indoors. Wash and chop romaine, seperating leaves. Cook on med hi heat until wilted with 2-tbsp olive oil, minced garlic to taste, drizzle with a bit of basalmic vinegar while cooking, plate and drizzle w/ italian dressing and shredded parmesan or romano cheese. - 5/7/08
