turkey burger with veggies

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1/2 cup finely chopped cauliflower1/2 cup finely grated carrots1 cup finely chopped mushrooms1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper2 large egg white1/4 cup cilantro chopped2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
add carrots and onions to pan and cook to softened. about 5-7 minutes. add 1 tsp of salt and pepper, add mushrooms, peppers, and cauliflower to pan and cook until cauliflower softens. remove vegetables from pan and let cool. mix turkey, cilantro, remaining pepper, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and egg whites in bowl. add cooled vegetables and mix and cook in hot non stick pan oiled with cooking spray
