1 1/2 cups maple yogurt1 banana1/2 cup water1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries2 cups packed kale
Combine all ingredients in order. Start Vitamix on variable 1, increase to 10, then high, and blend until desired thickness (maybe need to use tamper). Pour into glasses and serve.
