Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Beans, black, 1 cup (remove) * Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove) * Lemon juice, 0.66 tbsp (remove) * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove) * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix oil and lemon juice with salt in a bowl.
Add chopped onions and garlic. Let sit 5-10 minutes.
Add rest of the ingredients and stir.
If you have fresh herbs - chives, basil, parsley, add them.
If you have jalapenos, add those.

Makes approximately 3 one cup servings
