1 bag boneless skinless chicken thighs11 baby carrots diced6 stalks celery choppedlarge can or 2 small cans cream of mushroom soup4 cans little biscuits or 2 cans grands biscuits cut up into bite sized pieces
cover chicken in water add veggies and cook over low heat on stove 4 hours, 2 hours on high, or on high in a crock pot for 4 hours. Add seasoning salt, onion powder, and pepper to taste. Remove chicken and shred. Add soup and chicken and mix well. Add pieces of biscuit and cook another 35 minutes on low.
