My Gluten Free Crackers

1.5 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (I used Gluten Free Pantry)1 heaping tablespoon psyllium husk (for fiber - I actually used Metamucil)1 tsp salt (less is ok)1 tsp sugar (less is ok) 1 tbsp chia seed1 tbsp flax seed1/2 cup water2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 450. Mix dry ingredients well. Add water and oil and mix well. On a baking pan, spread out the dough by hand (I use spray oil on the pan and I oil my hands. Why not). Spread as thin or as thick as you want. I made these a little thicker than, say, wheat thins. Cut in squares before you bake. Bake time: 12 minutes give or take as long as the edges are beginning to turn golden brown.
