I can tuna - canned in water and drained3 tbsp fat free mayonnaise 1/4 cup pickle relish1/4 cup red onion diced,1/4 cup walnuts1/2 cup diced celery.
Take I can tuna , canned in water , drain it and put it into a bowl. Add 3 tbsp fat free mayonnaise, 1/4 cup pickle relish, 1/4 cup red onion diced, 1/4 cup walnuts, and 1/2 cup diced celery.
Optional: You may add 1 cup of seedless green grapes sliced in half to add a little sweetness to you tuna salad.
