Chicken Cabanara

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil1 pkt Spaghetti500g Chicken Breast poached OR BBQ Chicken stripped1 large onion chopped3 cloves garlic crushed1 cup mushrooms chopped200gms Bacon chopped1 large egg1 cup thickened cream1 cup colby cheese
Directions
Cook pasta following instructions on packet. Meanwhile, heat oil in a fry pan over a medium heat. Add bacon, onion and garlic until soft, remove from heat and add cooked chicken. When the pasta is cooked, drain and return to pot, add chicken mixture combine well on a low-medium heat. Pour in cream and add cheese until heated then add the egg, stir though serve immediately. Serves 5. Add salt and Pepper to taste.
