*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, shreddedPrecooked Beans, navy, 2 cupCelery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slicesMrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 6 tsp*Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp), 32 serving (2/3 cup)1/3 cup chicken broth (pacific natural is amazing and low sodium)
Brown turkey
add onions, celery, green pepper, carrots, cabbage
add chicken broth and 1/3 cup worchester sauce. Simmer and cook until veggies are tender.
After tender, add navy beans and 1/3 cup of worchester sauce, stir and serve.
