Poppe's Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2.5 cups Oat BranUse 1/4 cup brown sugar OR 1 Tbs honey1 Tbs baking powderMix all dry ingerdients togetherAdd either two egg whites, or one whole egg1.5 cups non-fat milk1 Tbs olive oil (preferrably light)
Directions
Preheat oven 425.
Prep recipe mixing all dry ingredients together well. Then add moist ingredients. Add dried fruit. Mix all togehter.
Spoon into muffin tins
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden crusty
Serve warm - tasty! Will keep for several days.
